Applied Syndrome: Keep Fit Capsules is derived from chinese herbal medicine formula Shan Zha Jiang Zhi Wan but with some modifications.The main ingredient, Crataegi Fructus, take effects through spleen, stomach and liver channels.Many types of extract from Crataegi Fructus possess cardiac stimulant effect. Total flavonoid can improve the amount of coronary circulation, anti lack of oxygen of cardiac muscles, anti-arrhythmia. It is being used in protein indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea due to spleen deficient, amenorrhea due to blood stasis , postpartum  blood stasis, acute pain in chest and abdomen area, pain in hernia, high lipids.  For getting rid of  blood stasis us raw Crataegi Fructus.
