Applied Syndrome: Ginger Tea is also called Jiang Cha. Ginger is mainly used in warming the middle, purge coldness, correct yangxu condition which is to improve circulation, rid of cold and pain of chest and of abdomen, lower back pain and chronic diarrhea. Instructions
: Place one tea bag in a cup, add boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, Drink when warm (Sweeten to taste), one tea bag for two cups of water per day is recommended.
