Generic Name: Lycium, Chrysanthemum, and Rehmannia Formula

Applied Syndrome: Eye disorders due to liver and Yin deficiency, eyes congestion, eye congestion, eye pain, dizziness, dry eyes, blurry vision after prolonged use of eyes, tearing on exposure to wind, photosensitivity with dizziness, spontaneous sweating, tidal fever, and seakness in lower limbs.
